Each snapshot represents a specific version of the code base for a project. For more detailed information about snapshots, see Snapshot.
Much of the basic management of snapshots is controlled by the project configuration file. For example, the checkout and build commands required to create a new snapshot. The most common snapshot tasks are:
- Adding a snapshot of the latest code
- Adding snapshots for historic code
- Configuring automatic snapshot deletion
- Deleting a snapshot
- Exporting data for the Studio plug-in
- Keeping an old snapshot
Please see the Reference topics for reference information about commands and files.
