After you have prepared your code for analysis, you can generate results by running queries, written in QL, on your snapshot database. Standard sets of queries for each supported language are supplied with Semmle Core, but you can extend your analysis by writing your own custom queries or selectively suppress alerts for certain parts of your code, if necessary. You can find detailed information about analyzing your code in the following topics:
- Generating query results using command-line tools
- Grouping queries
- Preparing custom queries
- Suppressing alerts
- Upgrading snapshots to a new database schema
