Turning off issue tracker integration for a project
When you add an issue tracker provider to LGTM Enterprise all projects, by default, have issue tracking integration enabled. To prevent issue tickets being opened for the alerts in the code of a particular project, you can turn off issue tracking integration in the project's settings.
To turn off issue tracking:
Click the name of the project you want to reconfigure, to display the project page.
Click the Analysis settings tab to display the configuration details.
In the Issue tracker integration section, clear the check box:
LGTM Enterprise closes all of the currently open issue tickets that it raised for this project.
